2. Delivery Timeframes
  • Dubai: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Other Emirates: Orders may take 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

Please note that delivery timelines depend on item availability and order confirmation timing.

3. Express Delivery

We provide same-day delivery within Dubai for certain locations within a 10 km radius of our branch.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next day.
  • Exclusions: Certain areas (e.g., Dubai South, Emaar South) and bulky items may not qualify for same-day delivery.
  • Special items like perishables, live food, or cakes may require 1-3 working days due to specific handling needs.
4. Shipping Fees
  • Dubai: Free delivery for orders over AED 100. A fee of AED 20 applies for orders below this amount.
  • Other Emirates: Free delivery for orders over AED 200. A fee of AED 30 applies for smaller orders.

Delivery fees may vary based on promotional campaigns or changes in policies, which will be communicated on our website.

5. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

  1. A confirmation email or message will be sent to you with the order details.
  2. Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are processed for same-day or next-day delivery (depending on item type and location).
  3. Perishable items, custom requests, or out-of-stock products may require additional time for preparation or sourcing.
6. Delivery Updates
